There's probably been a place of worship on this site for over 1,000 years. This historic church has so many stories to tell from the fabulous stained glass windows to the lives of some of those whose headstones we will find in the old graveyard.  And while you are with us why not climb the bell tower and maybe even ring a bell !  

* Church tours self guided through brochure  with volunteers on hand to help and field questions. 

* Bell tower - not suitable for disabled or small children. See the biggest tenor bell in a  Cheshire  church and maybe ding a  bell yourself. 

* Join a walk round the graveyard to hear the stories of "The worthy, the willing and  the waifs!" Provisional times, subject to demand  Saturday  12, 1.30pm 3pm  Sunday 1pm, 2pm 3pm. No pre-booking  just sign up when you enter the church.  Tour length approx 50 minutes. 

* Refreshments available in the church.
